The ARTICHOKES processed by MENSAJERO ALIMENTACIÓN are exclusively of SPANISH origin, from the regions of Alicante, Valencia, Castellón, and Murcia.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The main characteristic to highlight of the raw material is that it is HAND-PICKED at its optimal ripeness, maintaining extraordinary freshness and texture. The control of phytosanitary and fertilization treatments is exhaustive.

VARIETIES:

The main variety of processed artichoke is “blanca de Tudela.”

INDUSTRIAL PROCESS:

The industrial process is characterized by being fast, precise, controlled, and modern. The fruit is never stored for more than 1 day from harvest. Once fed into the line, it only takes 15 minutes to reach packaging.
