The PEARS processed by MENSAJERO ALIMENTACION are exclusively of Spanish origin, from the regions of Catalonia and Extremadura.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The main characteristic to highlight of the raw material used is its extraordinary texture and organoleptic qualities, as well as the exhaustive control of phytosanitary treatments.

VARIETIES:

The main variety processed is the “Williams” pear and the “Williams Bartlett” pear.

INDUSTRIAL PROCESS:

The industrial process is characterized by being fast, precise, and modern. Once the fruit is introduced into the line, it only takes 20 minutes to reach aseptic packaging.

STORAGE

Keep at room temperature (ideal temperature between 10 and 25ºC). Cardboard containers should be stored in a closed and dry place. Metal containers can be stored outdoors. Maximum storage height, 3 pallets.

BEST BEFORE DATE

24 months from the manufacturing date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

PACKAGING

  • Aseptic bags of 20 kg in cardboard boxes of 20 kg or cardboard crates of 26 bags.
  • Aseptic bags of 215 kg in octovin cardboard drums or metal drums on pallets measuring 115x115 cm.
