The APPLES processed by MENSAJERO ALIMENTACIÓN are exclusively sourced from the regions of Catalonia and Aragon.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The main characteristic of the raw material to highlight is its extraordinary texture and organoleptic qualities, as well as the comprehensive control of phytosanitary treatments applied to it.

VARIETIES:

The main variety processed is the “Golden” apple.

INDUSTRIAL PROCESS:

The industrial process is characterized by being fast, precise, controlled, and modern. Once the fruit is introduced into the line, it takes only 20 minutes to reach the aseptic packaging area.

STORAGE

Keep at room temperature (ideal temperature between 10 and 25ºC). Cardboard packaging should be stored in a closed and dry place. Metal containers can be stored outdoors. Maximum storage height: 3 pallets.

BEST BEFORE

24 months from the manufacturing date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

PACKAGING

  • Aseptic bags of 20 kg in cardboard boxes of 20 kg or cardboard crates of 26 bags.
  • Aseptic bags of 215 kg in octovine cardboard drums or metal drums on pallets of 115x115 cm.
